Structural Design
We completely analyze your package, ensuring the material meets industry standards and
the design properly protects your products through environmental and distribution

Package Evaluation
To ensure that a package meets industry compression standards without being over-
packaged, we optimize material usage for strength. This creates the optimal balance
between strength and price.
We start by using mathematical calculations to predict compression strength of a case, then
compare the predicted compression value to industry standards for case compression
strength based on how the case is stacked during distribution and storage. We also
investigate whether the product inside may be able to support weight at this point.
If the product is load bearing, we use a compression test for the product to see how much
weight it can support. We then pick a board grade that allows the package to reach a
compression value that just meets our target industry standard for compression. If the
product is load bearing, we select a board grade that will meet the target compression
standard with the help of the load bearing product. We then qualify our predictions by
running actual compression tests on packed cases to make sure the cases meet our target
industry standard compression value without any damage to product or packaging.
